1 · About Beyond the Body

Beyond the Body is a fragrance and lifestyle brand operated by Jush Enterprises, a sole proprietorship. Our website is www.beyondthebody.in. We currently sell and ship products within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

2 · Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes and for genuine shopping and customer-support activities. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use our content or services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3 · Customer accounts and guest checkout

You may create a customer account or place an order using guest checkout. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details reasonably secure and for the activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate information so that we can process and deliver your order correctly.

4 · Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product names, descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes, photographs and other product information. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device. Product availability may change without notice.

Fragrance is a personal experience. Descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help you understand a product and should not be treated as a guarantee that a fragrance will smell identical to another product or produce the same experience for every person.

5 · Prices, discounts and availability

Prices shown on the website may change from time to time. We may also offer discounts, soft launches, pre-access or other promotional offers. Individual offers may have their own eligibility requirements, validity periods, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

If there is an obvious pricing, product or availability error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid. We may also correct inaccurate information on the website.

6 · Placing an order

An order is considered accepted when you place the order successfully and receive an order confirmation email from Beyond the Body. Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent us from cancelling an order if a genuine issue is later identified, such as an obvious pricing error, product availability problem, payment issue, suspected fraudulent activity or another circumstance that prevents fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy and the applicable payment-provider timelines.

7 · Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Available payment options may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability at checkout. Payment methods may be changed or restricted from time to time.

You must provide accurate payment and billing information and use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

8 · Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within India. Delivery is handled through logistics partners such as Shiprocket and/or eKart, as well as other authorised courier or delivery partners we may use when required. The delivery partner may vary depending on destination and operational availability.

Estimated delivery times, shipping charges and other delivery details are described in our Orders & Shipping Policy. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9 · Cancellations, returns and refunds

Order cancellation, returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy. Please review those policies before placing an order.

10 · Reviews, photos, videos and testimonials

If you submit a review, rating, photograph, video or testimonial, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not unlawfully use another person’s content or personal information. Where you provide the required permission, we may display or use the submitted content on our website or in Beyond the Body communications.

11 · Our brand and intellectual property

The Beyond the Body name, logo, brand identity, product photography, packaging designs, graphics, text, website content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Jush Enterprises / Beyond the Body, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12 · Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment, logistics, analytics, advertising or communication providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Beyond the Body is not responsible for services or websites that we do not control.

13 · Website changes and availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, products or services from time to time. We may also correct errors or update information when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14 · Responsible use

You agree not to use the website to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, attempt fraud, distribute malicious code, interfere with website security, or otherwise misuse the website or its services.

15 · Liability

We take reasonable care in operating our website and fulfilling orders. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond the Body is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major technical failures, natural events, disruptions to payment or courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our business, website, products or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on www.beyondthebody.in. Your continued use of the website after an updated version is published will be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
